It depends on a number of . Firstly age. If you are peri-menopausal or menopausal then consideration should be given to HRT as some of your skin ageing and lines will be due to oestrogen loss. Secondly diet and lifestyle. Things like alcohol, processed food, lack of omega 3 and in the diet will have an effect on skin ageing. Thirdly, sun damage if the sun damaged skin has not been then this will be need to addressed. Lastly dermal fillers used strategically and in the right way will help to these concerns.
